We take your trust very seriously and are dedicated to giving you the absolute best product and service possible. Please read our store policies on purchasing flower seed packets from us. Payment Options
ALL of our inventory is sold prepaid. Therefore, we will begin processing your order/payment as soon as it is received.

Personal Checks: we are always happy to accept your Personal Check but, please remember to allow at least 10 business days for processing (this includes Rush Orders paid by Personal Check). Due to our Bank's Fees, we must charge a $25.00 bank fee for all bounced checks.

Money Orders/Cashier's Checks: accepted for immediate processing.

Credit Cards: we are authorized to accept VISA, MC, AMEX and DISCOVER for immediate processing.

Due to the permanent nature, personalized seed packets are final sales and are not returnable.

Processing Timeframes
Please Note: Processing Timeframes may be affected by payment with a personal check.

Personalized Flower Seed Favor and Tree Seed Favor Orders are processed in 4 weeks (PLUS ship time) from the date we receive your order/payment. Please Note: Processing Timeframes may be affected by payment with a personal check.

TO RUSH PROCESS: Add $15.00 to upgrade personalized wedding favor seeds orders to a processing time of 2-5 business days (PLUS ship time) from the date we receive your order/payment. Please Note: Processing Timeframes will be affected by payment with a personal check.

Returns/Exchanges
Personalized seed packets are not returnable. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-personalized order, please utilize our 30 Day Return/Exchange Policy. All Non-personalized returns and exchanges must be in their original packaging and be in perfect, original condition.

Returns and exchanges need to be pre-approved. Please call 1-(800) 404-4025 ext. 14 for an Authorization Number which will need to be clearly marked on the outside of the returning package. Packages without Authorization Numbers clearly marked may be subject to possible refusal. We strongly suggest that you insure your return package to guarantee that we actually receive it and without damage.

Cancellations
We cannot guarantee to cancel any order(s). We will make every attempt to intercept your order whenever possible, however, you will be charged for any work that has already been completed. In addition, there is a 25% (of order total) cancellation fee for all Seed Packet Favors and Guestbook Platter orders already in process.

Special Orders
Special Orders are primarily orders other than product(s) regularly offered on our website and/or in our catalog. This may also include specially quoted pricing on larger quantities of regularly offered product(s). Non-Personalized, Special Order returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Minimum Orders
Wedding Favor Seeds .com has a $10 Merchandise Minimum. All merchandise subtotals must be at least $10 or be subject to a balance surcharge up to the equivalent of a $10 Merchandise Total (pre-shipping and sales tax).
