Returns/Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please utilize our 30 Day Return/Exchange Policy. Personalized, customized, and engraved products as well as edible products are not returnable. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All Returns and Exchanges must be in their original packaging and be in perfect condition.
Returns and Exchanges need to be pre-approved. Please call 1-877-FAVORS-9 (1-877-328-6779) for an Authorization Number which will need to be clearly marked on the outside of the returning package. Packages without Authorization Numbers clearly marked may be subject to possible refusal. We strongly suggest that you insure your return package to guarantee that we receive it and without damage.
Damage/Shortage Claims
Report all Damage/Shortage Claims within 15 Days of delivery acceptance. Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a resolution on packages that aren't opened and inspected immediately upon receipt.
Cancellations
We cannot guarantee to cancel any order(s). We will make every attempt to intercept your order whenever possible, however, you will be charged for any work that has already been completed. In addition, there is a 25% (of order total) cancellation fee for all Seed Packet and Engraved orders already in process.
Special Orders
Special Orders are primarily orders other than product(s) regularly offered on our website. This may also include specially quoted pricing on larger quantities of regularly offered product(s). Special Order returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
